FUFA Big League side Nyamityobora Football Club unveiled six new signings in their bid to revamp their squad ahead of the next campaign
Among the new faces unveiled at the club is former Express Football Club defender Remmy Makumbi who joins the club from Amuka Boys FC.
Makumbi also had stints with Western Stima in the Kenyan Premier League and Mogadishu City FC from Somalia.
The other five signings include Patrick Sekitooleko, goalkeeper Solomon Mbowa, midfielder Rashid Nsubuga, defender Fred Jjuuko, and goalkeeper Katongole Adam Kiiza.
Sekitooleko has signed a two-year contract deal with Abanyakare joining from relegated side Tooro United Football Club while defender Jjuuko (Busuro United) and midfielder Nsubuga (Lungujja Galaxy) have signed a two and three- year contracts.
Katongole has inked a three-year contract from Fisheries FC same as Mbowa Solomon from Plascon FC.
The six new signings now join the already confirmed recruitments including Tony Musinguzi (Masirye FC), Meddie Matovu (Rushere FC), Wahab Lwanga (Dove FC), and Faisal Alaganyira (New Villa).
Nyamityobora also promoted youngster Rashid Mahad from the junior team while Clinton Kamumgisha and Martin Arinaitwe renewed their contracts.
